If Only you can Imagine

You can only go as far as your imagination. So what do you see?

“The Lord said to Abram, after Lot had left him, “Now lift up your eyes and look from the place where you are standing, northward and southward and eastward and westward; for all the land which you see I will give to you and to your descendants forever. [Acts 7:5] I will make your descendants [as numerous] as the dust of the earth, so that if a man could count the [grains of] dust of the earth, then your descendants could also be counted. [Gen 28:14]”

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭13‬:‭14‬-‭16‬ ‭AMP‬‬

There must be an image in your mind that you have concerning your destiny. The word "image" comes from the root word "imagination" for a reason. It must be something you can connect with. We are halfway through 2024 and its a perfect time to reflect at your progress thus far. Are you progressing towards your goals as you mentioned in January? If not, why not? Unknowingly, some of you made goals but do no have an image to back it up. Do you know your mind is a powerful tool God gave to humanity? Its what births creativity from within.

Think about it, the amazing things you see in this world did not just drop from the sky. They were created from a human being! God is the one who gives one a creative mind and ideas. He gives great destinies like he told to Abram. Your destiny must be bigger than you. If its something thats smaller than you, trash it. We serve a GREAT and MIGHTY God! When God told Abram about the descendants that will come from him, at that point in time, he did not have any children and at his old age, so it may have sounded like a joke. But truly God is faithful to His word and promises.

Your problem may be that you have allowed the busyness of life to consume you to the point you cannot reflect or think about your destiny.

A piece of advice. Take a moment and pause from your day to day responsibilities and book a vacation or stay-cation. It does not have to be something fancy but unplug, unwind, pray, and relax. This alone will give you peace and quiet your soul. A time of separation is not only for enjoyment but a time to refresh, refocus, imagine, gain new ideas, etc. Even Abram from scripture displayed this. He had to be separated from his own nephew Lot FIRST before God to speak to him and open his eyes to see.

So what is in your life that has been an hinderance from you hearing God clearly? What do you need to be separated from? Let it go! Do not allow distractions or even your loved ones stop you from striving forward towards your tomorrow.

I want you to open up your heart and mind from every limiting mindset and spirit that lies to you that "you cannot". The father of all lies, satan will always contradict the word of God. He does not want you to see the light. He wants you to focus only on today so you miss out on tomorrow. Did I mention his agenda is to steal from you? There is so much to see and discover about yourself because it should scare you. Not scare you to the point of fear but in humbleness and reverence for God. You must depend on Him with all your heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit. His leadership is perfect. Even when it does not make sense, follow His path and leading.

God has shown and revealed many things that are ahead that are bigger than me. I will accomplish them all. Why am I confident? The God that lives in me is the one who sent me, so there is no room for failure in my book. I cannot fail. Tell yourself "I cannot fail" and "My eyes are open to see all God has for me".
