It’s all about Perspective

Perspective is all about how you see things. Yes we are different and come from various backgrounds, and have different upbringings but do you know that when it comes to this Kingdom, we are meant to have the mind of Christ. We are meant to see things the way God sees it. The Holy Spirit lives within us, the Spirit of Truth who reveals the heart of Christ to us that have yielded to His authority. It is no longer you that live, but Christ in you.
“My old identity has been co-crucified with Christ and no longer lives. And now the essence of this new life is no longer mine, for the Anointed One lives his life through me—we live in union as one! My new life is empowered by the faith of the Son of God who loves me so much that he gave himself for me, dispensing his life into mine!”
Galatians 2:20 TPT
The world tells us to have a mind of your own. If you genuniely want to be led by God in all you do, follow this principle of seeing through the lenses of the Spirit. Do you find yourself asking God questions frequently? Seeking His direction on a matter? Or do you hastily make decisions without the counsel of God? I find in seasons of my own life the very thing I run away from or I feel may not be what I should do is the exact thing the Lord is leading me into. Why is it that way? It is because in those moments I neglected the spirit of discernment and walked by my flesh.
“Before you do anything, put your trust totally in God and not in yourself. Then every plan you make will succeed.”
Proverbs 16:3 TPT
We are sons of God and if we claim such then we are also led by Him. Reflect on the life of Jesus. He came to do exactly what He heard and saw the Father do as commanded. He never said let me do "this" because He thinks its better. When we deal with God, forget about your opinion or thoughts in a matter. Some may think this statement is harsh but its the truth! That is why He is God, that is why we call upon Him. He is the beginning and the end. He knows everything and carries the answers we need in life.
Connect back to Him as your source of being. He will never fail you. The following scripture summarizes the message. Meditate on it.
““For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” declares the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts higher than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:8-9 AMP
Pride can be a major reason why your thoughts are not aligning to that of Christ. Pride fights the will of God and desires a voice in your life. When we align ourselves to Christ we will manifest His nature to the world. We will become ONE with Him. We begin to speak like Him, look like Him, judge like Him, etc. So the essence of Christ’s Perspective is to become Christ.
Prayer: Ask the Lord to make you one with Him so you can manifest His nature.
I leave you with this scripture:
“[This is] because the foolishness of God [is not foolishness at all and] is wiser than men [far beyond human comprehension], and the weakness of God is stronger than men [far beyond the limits of human effort]. But God has selected [for His purpose] the foolish things of the world to shame the wise [revealing their ignorance], and God has selected [for His purpose] the weak things of the world to shame the things which are strong [revealing their frailty].”
1 Corinthians 1:25, 27 AMP
